SO WHERE DO YOU TAKE YOUR PHOTOS

Hi Everyone !!!
Thanks for stopping by. I didnt realise that I hadn't blogged for so long, well it seems like such a long time. Well it is hubby's birthday today, shame he had to work on his birthday and I didn't it was my day off WOO HOOO !!! I thought I would share the cards that I made today with you all. The above card is a digital image from Victoria Case, I just adore that image. The card below (the baby card) is a custom order. Well not so much a custom order but a request. A guy in work, his wife has just had their third child (a little girl called Erin). I must admit I do love that card.


The card below is a smaller card than the two above. This card was made using a rubber stamp from the Victoria Case range.

Before I sign off I was just thinking to myself while uploading the photos for this post where do people take their photos. As many of you may know Scotland where I love doesn't exactly have the best weather in the world, in fact it can be horrible. I am also not the best person in the world at taking photos but after I had made these 3 cards today I turned and looked out of my window and it was sunny WOO HOOO, except the sunniest room in my house when the sun is out is the loo LOL.

So you guess what I am going to say now YES all three cards have been photographed on my loo seat. I feel a hot flush coming on !!!!! IT'S MY AGE

MY LAST TWO CUSTOM CARDS - FOR THE MOMENT

Hi Everyone

So we have reached the end of another week. I would like to share two cards that I had to make this week. The "TOM 65" card is one my parents asked me to make for my father's cousin ... well obviously he will be 65 ....

My second card I was asked to make for my friend at work who is attending a christening this weekend. I am pleased to report that both cards were very well received. Both cards measure 8.5 inches square. I am delighted I was able to find this size of card ... so easy to work with. I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend. This Sunday in the UK is Mother's Day, so all you UK Mothers have a wonderful day.

Couple of a cards to share with you today. Another girl in work had asked me to make two cards for her. Each card is for her eldest daughter who loves handmade cards. One card is from her parents and the other is from her little sister. The sister card is one of the first digital images that Victoria Case ever brought out. The Hello Kitty card is actually iron on matches that I have glued onto some fluffy feathery bits to use as clouds.

I just want to thank everyone for their birthday wishes !!! JUST WONDERFUL then as if life couldn't get any better I found a website in the UK that sells Martha Stewart punches so with some of the money that hubby very kindly gave me I have pre-ordered myself one !!!! WOO HOO I can hardly wait for that.

THEN I got even more excited because I had really wanted LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE dvd's AND I GOT THEM from my daughter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOO HOOOO AGAIN

Just when I couldn't take any more I GOT A BIRTHDAY CARD via email from DONNY OSMOND !!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH how much more can a gal take in one day !!!!!

AND and ................ I dont have to cook dinner tonight

SQUEAK THE BEAR

Hi Everyone

Here's hoping that everyone had a great weekend !!

The weather here in Scotland was just about as rubbish as it could be. Snow, wind, rain oh and more snow, wind and rain. It was a good excuse not to go out.

I would like to share this card with you and it is from a new range of stamps here in the UK. They are called Daisy and Dandelion Clear Stamp Collection and various projects and ideas can be seen at www.daisyanddandelion.com . The balloons are also from the same stamp sheet and I have 3D them with glue. I have coloured Squeak the Bear and his balloons with copics.

I actually must apologise I was not drunk or anything when I took this photograph but it does look a bit lop-sided !!! HONESTLY the card is straight ....

THE LITTLE PAPER SHOP

I do hope everyone is having a good start to their weekend. Well here in Scotland its raining and windy (what's new). Earlier in the week we had a bit of snow, although it didn't last very long, not even enough to build a snowman.

WE ARE SO PROUD !!!

Hi Everyone !!

Our daughter has finally been given the results of her other dance exams. We are so proud that she got HIGHLY COMMENDED for all FOUR of her dance exams - ballet, tap, modern and jazz. That is the highes mark that she can get. She was also delighted with herself, and so she should be !!! Hmm I wonder if she will be a dancer when she grows up.
