BLOG CANDY - THE GREETING FARM

Hi Everyone !!!

WOO HOOO my first EVER blog candy and it is all thanks to FAB FAB "The Greeting Farm". I have also added a few items of my own. I have to thank them very very much. A few months back I had purchased the 3 stamps below and I think the mail man wanted to keep them for himself. After I had contacted Marie at The Greeting Farm and explained that I had never received my stamps and she very generously sent out a fresh set. Well you know what is coming next .. YIP ..the very next day what arrived on my doorstep .. what would have been my first set of stamps. I contacted Marie in the hope that she had not sent out the fresh set of stamps but I was too late. So Marie came up with the idea that I use the stamps for blog candy.

See below all you have to do to WIN !!!

Items to win: 3 Stamps from the Greeting Farm !!! A Martha Stewart diamond punch (new), a little bunch of lowers and a pack of 5 deckle edge light blue cards by Craft Creations with envelopes.

WOW CHECK THIS OUT !!! - DIGITAL GOES CD

Happy Friday EVERYONE !!!

Who would have believed that digital stamp images would have become so popular across the world in the crafting business. I myself am a huge fan of the digital image but after a while you realise just how much room it takes up on your computer.

WELL it doesn't have to be that way any more. Victoria Case has came up with a solution and I think it is a FANTASTIC solution especially for those of us who love to use digital stamp images in our cardmaking/scrapingbook.

INTRODUCING the CD COLLECTION !!!! It is awesome !!! Please take time to visit her website and check out her newest venture in the CRAFTING WORLD !!!! www.victoriacaseartdesigns.com - You will find her full CD collection under her Stamps - Digi and click on the link of "Older Digi's".

Thanks for stopping by and have a FANTASTIC weekend !!!

THEN and NOW - 12th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Hi Everyone !!!

HAPPY SUNDAY !!!

Today I wanted to share with you two photos. 12 years ago today my husband Tommy and I were married. I cannot believe it has been 12 years. Thank you for being my ROCK !!! I love you so much. Happy Anniversary !!!!

The first photo is both of us on our Wedding Day

The photo below was taken last week on our mini vacation

a Loch Ness !!!

Have we changed much in the last 12 years. My husband is not as heavy as he was (must be my cooking LOL !!) on the other hand I am actually double the weight and size I was when we married. What does that say ..... I was far too slim back then !!! that was just the way I was. Also my one major craving that I had when pregnant with our daughter was CHOCOLATE hee hee that craving has actually never left me.

ENJOY YOUR SUNDAY EVERYONE !!!

MINI VACATION - LOCH NESS, SCOTLAND 2009

Hi Everyone !!

Can you seriously believe we are almost at August !!! Where has the summer gone?? Hubby, daughter and myself have just returned from a few days up in the Highlands at Loch Ness. As you can see from the photos the weather was bad but the scenery is STUNNING !! We had the most wonderful time and the weather did not spoil it for us.

We went for a sale on the Loch and the litle boat was equipted with a sonar and it showed just how deep it is in some parts of the Loch. It was truly fascinating. Our daughter got a chance to drive and steer the boat ... she was quite delighted with this experience and opportunity. The photo below was taken while sailing and bobbing about in the boat !!

The photo below was again taken from the boat. The castle is what remains of Urquhart Castle. We decided not to go into it as we had a great view from the boat.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Hoping everyone is enjoying their summer whatever you are doing !!

THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING - PLEASE MEET SOPHIE

Hi Everyone

This is a FIRST for me !!! Fingers crossed. I have never uploaded a video before. This is a wonderful puppet that SANTA brought our daughter Lucy last year all the way from Israel !! Her name is Sophie.

Sophie was created by the VERY TALENTED Sharona Reouveni (aka Raisinlike). Her store can be found on Etsy and she has now also launched her very own website. Sharona's talent is amazing. Her puppets and flutterbutts are just stunning and make a wonderful gift for any friend or family member who has a zany side to them !!! I think we all do. My daughter is the very proud owner of 2 flutterbutts and two hamster magnets. Please check out her Etsy store at http://www.raisinlike.etsy.com/. I can assure you from experience you will NOT be disappointed.
Below is a short video of Sophie dancing for joy on Christmas Day 2008 with her little singing christmas ornament doll.

Thanks again for taking the time read this.
