IT'S FRIDAY !!!!

Happy Friday Everyone !!!

...... seriously where did the week go???? I woke up on Monday .... did lunch a few days ... we actually most days ... got some cards made ... did some house work and now it's Friday ... I really don't remember my week going passed so quickly when I was running about mad doing everything and working and being sooooooooooooo stressed ...... I definitely know which kind of life I prefer LOL !!!!

Today I would like to share this card that I made and the image from Kraftin Kimmie which I think she is Snow White.  The sentiments are digital downloads from Crafts 4 You. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the paper I think is Basic Grey.

Have a wonderful crafty Friday and today .... yip you guessed doing lunch again ... well not so much lunch as coffee I sneak in my own sandwich .... well being unemployed I need to make cutbacks on something !!!!

A FAIRY HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Happy Tuesday everyone !!!!

OH MY I am blogging for the second day in a row LOL !!! long may it continue.  I really need to get into a routine of some sorts !!!

OK onto today's card this is an image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Teen Fairy Pia, isn't she just gorgeous and very easy to colour !!! The little wooden flowers I purchased from The Works just before Christmas and I have distress inked them.  The paper is from my stash and the green ribbon is from Ladybug Crafts Inc. 

Oh and the first photo was taken from my favourite place to take photos in the house !!! THE LOO SEAT !!!!

Had a lovely lunch yesterday .... and oh dear I am doing lunch again today LOL !!! and again on Friday !!!! but after that I need to knuckle down and get on with things that I have sort of planned in my head !!!

MY FIRST CARD FOR 2012

HEY EVERYONE !!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL !!!!  Hope everyone had a fantastic festive period and the weather was not too bad for you all.   We no longer have a garden fence !!!!

What I want to know is how did I manage to have time to work !!!! I am really really enjoying being unemployed and being a stay at home housewife/mum and doing the house work regularly and getting more into my crafting again !!!!

Would like to share my first card of the year with you.  The image is from Lili of the Valley and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The sentiment is from Ladybug Crafts Inc. and the papers are from my stash.

HAPPY NEW YEAR - 2012

Dear Blogging Friends !!!!

Have taken time out this week to spend some family time together, haven't really been around the computer much.  It is taking a bit of time to sink in that next week I will not be joining in the household going back to work.  It will be strange .... I am not sure that I made myself very clear in my last post ... I actually took voluntary redundancy.

OK enough of that .... what I want is to thank each and every one of you who leaves me such wonderful inspiring comments to my posts.  I adore reading them and feel blessed to have new friendships in my life.   I look forward to 2012 and the surprises it brings .. for the first time in my working career I truly do not know what is in front of me ... and although a bit scarey its kind of exciting too !!

I know I haven't been around much this last few weeks, and I apologise for that.  Alot has been going on in my life and a few decisions had to be made.  The upshot is as of yesterday for the first time in my life afer working for 30 years I am unemployed.  I had the chance to take redundancy and I did.  I was the only one who did LOL !! I feel very strange .. I have no idea what I will do ... and I find that quite exciting.  I do need to find a job and the only thing I know what to do is working as a legal secretary ... but I dont want to do that anymore !!!!

Anyhoo what I do want to do is wish all my dear blogging friends ...

Friends I have known for a while and my new ones ....

WHAT GOES ON IN THE LOCAL PARK ON A SUNDAY MORNING ... FOR CHARITY

Hi Everyone !!!!

Brrrrrr its freezing here in Paisley .... it has been snowing on and off heavily all day.  Here is a custom order for a neighbour .. she asked me to make a card that was to go to Canada .... I believe it is on its way.  She didn't ask me to take a photo of it on my toilet seat LOL !!!

 Some of the kids in Lucy's school and some teachers got together yesterday morning at 9.40am in our local park (Barshaw) to do a Santa run for the Accord Hospice to help raise funds.   Here is Lucy and her best friend Lisa in their santa outfits before the race.  They could not wear the trousers they were too big LOL !!!

CHRISTMAS CARDS

Hi Everyone !!!

Well what a day !!!! well what a few days .... what is this weather like !!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH

Had to get an emergency appointment at the vets tonight as noticed Roxie (my guinea pig) had some sort of skin condition and some of her fur was falling out on her back.  Never had Roxie or Lila at the vets before, but obviously had to get them checked out  Turns out they may have caught something from the hay for sawdust like a mite or something.  Got treatment for them both although Lila is fine it is Roxie who has it worst poor wee thing, but she seems fine.   Will keep you posted !!

Also have had no internet all day today, which was a big pain, but back to normal now.

Thought I would share two cards today.  The first card is a stamp from Crafters Companion and the second card is an old stamp from Victoria Case.

OK I think I need a coffee now after all that excitement of the last few hours LOL also my parents are about to arrive.  Take care everyone and thank you so much for popping in !!!
