Hi Everyone !!!

Sorry I haven't been around this week (I promise to try and catch up with everyone's blog) !!!.  I seem to have had some kind of flu virus and have been off work for the last few days, feeling quite horrible.  Seem to be on the mend now thank goodness !!!!

I feel like I haven't made a card in what seems like forever LOL !!!! Here is a card I have made using a Flower Lili from Inky Impressions, what a cutie. 

A special blogging friend of mine was selling some stamps a while back and I just had to pick up some of these cuties !!!!

MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT PAINT FUSION

Hi Everyone

A little something different again from me !!! After my rant a few weeks ago regarding the length of time I had to wait for my Sheena Douglass, Paint Fusion Pick of the Week from Create & Craft IT FINALLY ARRIVED !!!

I sat plonked myself down on the sofa in front of the tv and watched the DVD with a coffee and was totally fascinated.  I am in love with these techniques and it is so clever.  You still have to collect a few bits and pieces apart from the kit you initially purchase but nothing too expensive.

For anyone else who has purchased it IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE BACKGROUND??? I cannot get mine to crack grrrr !!!!!!

Anyhoo here is my first attempts at PAINT FUSION !!! I must admit I could not believe that I actually painted these and was very happy with the results.

MORNING OF MY 46th BIRTHDAY - MORNING COFFEE

Happy Sunday EVERYONE !!!

Well I have finally turned 46 !!!!! I would like to thank Pops and Wynneth for the beautiful cards and stamps you sent to me I LOVE THEM !!! I would also like to thank everyone for all your birthday wishes of Facebook !!! I really appreciate it !!!

I got the choice  since it was "my day" what i wanted to do this morning - we are going out for dinner tonight.  We thought for ages not knowing what to do for a few hours.  I thought morning coffee at POLLOCK HOUSE, Glasgow which is about a 20 minute drive from where we live.  Since we are part of the National Trust for Scotland it doesn't cost us anything to get in.  I thought I would share the photos we took this morning.  They have turned out well considering the weather is not fantastic.

PROVIDE THE CRAPIEST SERVICE EVER

I have now been waiting 12 days for the Sheena Douglass paint fusion pick of the week !!! AND STILL NOTHING !!! I have emailed them .... I have phoned them.... and all you get is an automated service saying they will deal with it !!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM

I have even joined a group on FACEBOOK for dissatisfied customers !!! WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA GIRLS !!!!

I ordered stamps from Etsy on the same day I ordered the pick of the week and they arrived here in 4 days ... NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE !!

YET for some reason Create & Craft cannot manage to process an order and send it to Scotland within 12 days !!!!

So PEEPS the next time you watch Create & Craft and they tell you their products are FLYING OUT THE DOOR !!!!!

ITS ALL LIES and A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS !!!

THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY !!!!

THEN THEY MAKE YOU WAIT and WAIT and WAIT !!!!!

I feel so much better now !!!!! and THE BEST OF BRITISH !!!! what a joke LOL !!!!

CANDLES ARE TAKING OVER MY LIFE - LOL !!!!

Happy Tuesday Everyone !!!

Sorry not to have been around for a while but I swear CANDLES are taking over my life.  I have had loads of orders (for which I am truly grateful) !!! I am having a bit of a hard time trying to keep up LOL !!! I still haven't been able to make a card !!! I am in complete withdrawal ....
